Temasek Foundation International Leaders in Urban Governance Programme

The 8th edition of the Temasek Foundation International Leaders in Urban Governance Programme (TFILUGP), organised by the Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) and the Temasek Foundation International (TFI), will be held from 25th – 29th November 2019 in Singapore. TFILUGP is an annual, 5-day mayoral and senior executive level training programme that brings together city leaders and urban practitioners interested in developing high-density yet economically competitive, liveable and sustainable cities. The programme is practitioner-focused and action-oriented and it comprises sessions on topics such as urban governance, integrated master planning and development, land management, urban water management, sustainable environment, and financing a city. Delivered through exclusive dialogue sessions with Singapore’s past and present leaders, participants will get insights into the city’s development strategies. A key feature of the programme is an expert-mentored-action plan session where participants can work on their priority urban challenge with Singapore’s experts and develop a one-year implementation strategy road map.
