Planning for Communities: Lessons from Seoul and Singapore is the second joint research publication between the Centre for Liveable Cities and the Seoul Institute. This publication features case studies from Seoul and Singapore on citizen participation initiatives for planning and development processes, and distills common lessons on how collaborative approaches with the community can generate better planning outcomes for everyone.
